Return / Exchange Policy
Please review size charts carefully before ordering. Custom / stitched articles are non-returnable. Exchange requests are handled case by case within 3 days of delivery for genuine issues.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before cutting/stitching begins. Once production has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
